Cancellation Policy

All courses are run subject to demand and Succeed English Education reserves the right to alter dates and times of the course for reasons beyond our control. We recognise that clients’ needs may change at short notice and Succeed English Education will be as flexible as possible to accommodate you, while ensuring that we do not suffer financially as a result. If students give less than 1 day notice of cancellation, students must pay 100% of course cost.

SUCCEED English Education reserves the right to cancel courses without notice and will offer students a full refund of unattended classes or an alternative course at no extra cost.
SUCCEED English Education reserves the right to cancel courses of students who do not have acceptable conduct.
No refund will be given for missed classes.
